So bake number two of my Baking Bible Challenge, also recipe number two in the Baking Bible, is the trusty Victoria Sandwich.
Simple to make using the all-in-one method; I used Stork (for cakes) instead of butter and it worked a treat; the cake is light and springy. Went down well with a nice cup of Earl Grey!
