#3 Crunchy Top Lemon Cake {Baking Bible Challenge}

So bake number three of my Baking Bible Challenge is the Crunchy Top Lemon Cake. I chose to make this one next as I had lemons left over from making Madeira Cake.

Again, this cake was pretty simple to make and it used the all-in-one method. As soon as it came out of the oven I spread on the lemon-sugar and left the cake to cool completely before getting it out of the tin. I was concerned that the cake had a small dip in the middle, but when cut it was fine – moist and lemony!
