Rosalie and I did a spot of baking this morning – we made Sultana Streusel Buns. I’ve never heard of them before so was intrigued as to how they would turn out.
The buns themselves are quite plain, but they are baked with a crumble topping which sweetens them up.
We’re having a family day out tomorrow and will be taking a picnic (did you know it’s National Picnic Week at the moment?) so these little buns will be perfect.
