I think roulades make brilliant dinner party desserts – they look quite impressive but they’re actually really easy to make! They also aren’t terribly expensive on ingredients, but they feed about ten people. So it’s win-win.
My parents have been to stay this week and this pudding went down very well. I actually made it in advance and froze it, so not only is it easy to make but it also freezes really well.
