I wanted to bake something for a friend as a thank you for generously given Rosalie and I lots of autumn crafty bits leftover from her wedding. As she’s more of a cheese than cake person I thought these Dorchester Biscuits might just fit the bill.
They are very buttery and crumbly in texture, and due to the cayenne pepper they also have a bit of a kick! The chopped nuts give them a lovely bit of bite.
