We couldn’t have asked for better weather for our trip to the Pumpkin Patch at Millets Farm – glorious sunshine and beautiful blue skies, hardly a nip in the air. It almost seemed a bit strange to be pumpkin picking in such mild weather. But at least it meant the pumpkin field was not a sticky mud-fest like last year!
I’ll let the pictures do the talking…
You can see that Rosalie had a lot of fun. She wanted to choose pumpkins for each of us, so we came home with three pumpkins of very modest size. She likes to choose one for herself that is small enough for her to carry, and she was so pleased with this year’s find!
We spent the rest of the day having a picnic, looking at the animals, playing in the playground and eating tasty cake from the farm shop! We had a great family day out at Millets Farm, and here’s a family selfie to prove it.
