January has been a month of waiting. Waiting for our baby girl to arrive. I wasn’t sure whether or not she would arrive in time to take our family portraits for the month, so on the 27th we decided to cut our losses and head to the Common for some quick snaps. It was mighty chilly, but after a short while the sun made an appearance, so we hastily set up the tripod and took some photos. Afterwards Rosalie had a lovely time stomping around pretending to be on a bear hunt, and treading in every frozen puddle she could find.
This month I have been enjoying
Feeling different baby movements after she turned head down
Some much needed relaxation thanks to Jim taking Rosalie out
Working hard on my blog in the evenings
Doing lots of fun snow themed activities with Rosalie
Getting some frosty fresh air and gentle walks in before the baby arrives
This month Rosalie has been enjoying
Her new scooter
Helping mummy prepare the baby things
Spending time with her friends
Going swimming with Daddy
Playing with Insta-Snow
Seeing, touching and walking on real ice!
This month Daddy has been enjoying
Taking Rosalie swimming
Preparing for the baby
His birthday
Drinking lots of hot chocolates
Taking Rosalie to the library
Playing on the ice, like a big kid!
My little family in January.
