Another month gone in a blur. It seems ages ago that we took these photos under the beautiful blossom tree in our garden – we’re all enjoying the glorious spring sunshine; I’m not too sure where that warm weather has gone, the past few days have felt like winter again.
We took some impromptu family portraits on a trip to the common when we saw how fantastic the gorse looked – a sea of yellow bathed in sunshine. We had gone with the intention of flying Rosalie’s kite, but it was too calm – bad for kite flying but lovely for being warm!
This month I have been enjoying
Lots of Tildy smiles
Meeting up with friends
Being married for six years
Blossom and bluebells
A lovely day at Mottisfont
This month Rosalie has been enjoying
Colour sorting absolutely everything
Easter, especially eating chocolate
Going bowling for the first time
Trips to soft play
Getting new clothes
Making new friends at the park
This month Matilda has been enjoying
Smiling
Chatting
Being awake more during the day
Watching her big sister
Looking in the mirror
This month Daddy has been enjoying
‘Chatting’ with Matilda and making her smile
Playing guitar (and lusting after a new one…)
A night out
Taking Rosalie out on her scooter
Daddy has been working really hard this month, and coupled with us all catching colds from soft play, plus a lot of uncertainty surrounding our aged, failing car, it’s been quite a mixed month. We are all looking forward to a little break away in May.
My little family in April.
