Cheesy Ladybird Biscuits {Recipe}

cheesy ladybird biscuits - easy toddler recipe from Picnics in the Rain

We kicked off our Bugs theme last week by making these Cheesy Ladybird Biscuits! They’re so simple to make, Rosalie is 3.5 years and was able to do much by herself. She weighed the flour (I told her when to stop), cut up the butter, squished it together with the cheese to form a dough, helped me roll it out, cut out the biscuits and arranged them on the tray. She was able to spread the topping but found it a bit slow going and got bored around biscuit number three. But she did enjoy sprinkling the seeds to make the ladybird pattern!
